MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

Our New Rental Plans have a 4-month minimum period. After that time you can choose to continue to rent, make an offer to purchase the instrument, or return it.

Our Pre-Loved New Rental Plans have a 3-month minimum period. After that time you can choose to continue to rent, make an offer to purchase the instrument, or return it.

THE PROCESS

Once your online application has been processed and approved (generally 1 business day), we will contact you to confirm your first payment and delivery point. Please note all applications are subject to approval.

DELIVERY

Delivery is generally around 3-5 working days but may be overnight to capital cities in some cases. These times may vary in peak season. An estimated time of arrival can be obtained by phoning our toll-free service line on 1300 889 560. We work with TOLL Priority and TNT Express around Australia.

PAYMENT

You may choose to pay by monthly direct debit, via credit card (VISA, Mastercard only) or Direct debit from your bank account.
