Minimum rental period of 3 months. > Apply to Purchase While your contract is a rental contract, after the 3 month minimum rental period you are welcome to make an offer at any time to purchase the Student Cello 1/8 size outright. Our pricing guidelines are based on fair retail value at the time, less a rebate equal to 100% of your rental payments over the minimum period. So at 3 months and after the rebate, our price is $550.00. Contact us for more details, including price information at any time after that (purchases are subject to approval & conditions apply).

We will either replace the instrument at our cost or give you a full refund.

APPLY TO PURCHASE

All customers will receive purchase information at the beginning of the rental contract.

For an instrument under our New Rental Plan, our pricing for approved purchases is based on our calculation of fair retail price at the time, less 100% of all rental payments made in the first 6 months.

For an instrument under our Pre-Loved Rental Plan, our pricing for approved purchases is based on our calculation of fair retail price at the time, less 100% of all rental payments made in the first 3 months.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

Our New Rental Plans have a 6-month minimum period. After that time you can choose to continue to rent, submit an offer to purchase the instrument, or return it.

Our Pre-Loved New Rental Plans have a 3-month minimum period. After that time you can choose to continue to rent, submit an offer to purchase the instrument, or return it.

THE PROCESS

Once your online application has been processed and approved (generally 1 business day), we will contact you to confirm your first payment and delivery point. Please note all applications are subject to approval.

DELIVERY

Delivery is generally around 3-5 working days but may be overnight to capital cities in some cases. These times may vary in peak season. An estimated time of arrival can be obtained by phoning our toll-free service line on 1300 889 560. We work with TOLL Priority and TNT Express around Australia.

PAYMENT

You may choose to pay by monthly direct debit, via credit card (VISA, Mastercard only) or Direct debit from your bank account.
